Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be packaged up and shipped to you. As we hand the package over to USPS, then it is out of our control. Broken Arrow Ranch Co is NOT responsible for any packages lost by the shipping carriers.

CANCELLING ORDERS

• We are unable to cancel an order once an order is placed. If you would like to cancel your order, contact us at the bottom of the home page or email us at BrokenArrowRanchCo@gmail.com and we will give you store credit for the amount that you spent. No refunds for cancelled orders

• We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be in unused and original tags still attached.

• Broken Arrow Ranch Co is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. Therefore, securely pack your returned merchandise to prevent any damage during shipping.

DAMAGED

• We guarantee the quality of our products and packaging. But, If you receive a defective product, Please snap a photo to send us. Then go to the contact section at the bottom of our home page or, send us an email at, Brokenarrowranchco@gmail.com for a replacement.
• We must receive an email regarding your defective item within 14 days of receiving item.
